Accursia Capital acquires DVS Production GmbH and DVS Production South GmbH

Munich, 02.10.2024 – Accursia Capital acquires DVS Production South GmbH and DVS Production GmbH from DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP, owned by Rothenberger family


The two entities are specialized in the metal manufacturing of high-precision, drivetrain-agnostic gear components and vehicle applications for the automotive industry as well as wheel hubs for commercial vehicles. In the course of a carve-out the companies will be rebranded to MIC Production GmbH and MIC Production South GmbH. MIC Production is located in Krauthausen, Thuringa and employs around 130 FTEs whereas MIC Production South is based in Kürnbach, Baden-Württemberg with a total headcount of 37. The takeover shall serve as nucleus investment to initiate a new industry platform within Accursia’s portfolio for metal manufacturing.

 

The focus over the next weeks and months will be on the completion of the carve-out from DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP to establish stand-alone structures. The mid-term goal is to further grow and diversify each company’s business and operations. The respective growth and future development strategy shall also be facilitated through leveraging certain synergies with other companies of the Accursia portfolio acting in the automotive sector, thereof LIKUM Group and Plati Group.
