About us
From individual items to large series
With 20 years of experience, we are your competent partner for contract and complete machining. Our expertise in the areas of turning, gear cutting, grinding and gear honing enables us to cover the entire process chain of soft and hard machining. Thanks to our flexible and high-quality machinery, we are able to realize different batch sizes, from small series to large series and tolerances in the single-digit µ range.
Your technology partner for high-quality components
You benefit from our extensive know-how and advisory support right from the development phase. We guarantee first-class quality in the production of sprockets and chain wheels as well as gear and motor components - and we do so with a passion for precision and innovation.
With our 145 employees and a machine portfolio of 65 machines, we manufacture and process your components “Made in Germany”. Centrally located and with direct access to the highway, we can offer short distances and optimal logistics times.
Company development
With the carve-out from the DVS Technology Group and the takeover by Accursia Capital in September 2024, DVS was renamed MIC PRODUCTION.
By pooling resources and expertise within the Accursia group of companies, we are ideally prepared to develop innovative solutions and meet the challenges of the future as a leading provider in the industry.
